As Ziggy and Igny revealed last week, Mt. Pura is readying itself to erupt, and is predicted to do so in the next couple of weeks. To add to the excitement, numerous whishy eggs have been spotted floating on the abnormally purple lava. As it did back in 2013, scientists predict that the famous volcano will spew these eggs out into the world when it erupts, and a clan of new whishies from Generation: Purple will be crawling around.
The several nurturies surrounding Mt. Pura are preparing themselves for a large increase in whishy eggs and baby whishies. What will happen when these babies get older, though?
Tony Frankly, mayor of Hiccupum, declared in a statement today:
"To cater for the whishies that will inevitably hatch after Mt. Pura erupts in the near future, we have decided to grant money to Sandstone Builders to build a new school in the area surrounding Mt. Pura. All whishies born as a result of Mt. Pura - this eruption and previous eruptions - will be granted free entry to the school."
The construction of the school, yet to be named, will commence next week and is scheduled to be finished by June of 2016.
