By golly! This is the most exciting news since I got an electronic microscope for Christmas last year! (Or certainly since Mt. Pura last erupted)!
Working with Wisheroony Casawell, a fellow biologist, and Igny Geyser, the volcanologist in control of analysing and studying Mt. Pura and its activity, we (okay, mainly Igny) has noticed a disturbance down at the bottom of the active volcano. The last time such a disturbance was reported was back in November of 2013, when Mt. Pura last erupted!
We don't know for sure yet, but according to Igny, Mt. Pura is readying itself to erupt! As we continue to observe the volcanic activity, I'll keep you updated with all the latest information. Remember, last time Mt. Pura erupted, it sent bright, deep red hundreds of feet into the sky, along with almost 50 whishy eggs! We can only hope it'll do the same this time!
