Natalie's XI have taken back some pride in Day 4 of their Exhibition Match against Dorsy's XI, but have a big job ahead of them if they are to wrestle the match back in their favour.

Dorsy's XI resumed the day on 6/396, and looked to push-on to 500+, a lead of over 200. Angel, 56* overnight, punched a boundary through the covers and looked to be underway when she received a corker, the Ball of the Match, from Wishy. Pitching a good foot and a half outside the offstump on a fullish length, Angel went hard at the ball, slashing a cover drive. The ball, however, skewed inwards off a crack through a large gap between bat and body, and snicked the top of her off stump! Angel had to go, whether unluckily or not, for 68. 7/416.

Buster came in and lasted 14 balls before falling LBW to Kayn. Coral looked good at one end, but Knighto poked at a Natalie wrongun, only managing to snick it to the 'keeper, Klutzy. 9/440 - Knighto out for a 15 ball duck. Lin looked wobbly like a genuine number 11, but it was Coral who fell last, castled for 27. Dorsy's XI were finally dismissed for a total of 440 after 94.3 overs.

Natalie and Lime are certainly the pair you want walking out to bat when you're 156 runs behind, and Natalie's XI had that luxury! Dorsy's XI had Muddy, though, and he came out trumps in the battle of the Strikaland guns. Lime poked at a 151.4kph good length ball outside off, and edged it to Dorsy at 1st slip, dismissed for a 5-ball duck.

Marshy, the Strikaland Number 3, joined her captain at the crease, and together they worked on chancelessly belittling the deficit. They plugged away at a solid run rate of a tad over 3 for over 20 overs. With the partnership hanging on the terrifying humber of 87, Marshy clipped one of her pads, straight to Berry at forward short leg, who gleefully accepted the catch. Muddy had his second wicket, and Marshy would be forced to walked one run short of her 50.

Carrot joined Natalie, and saw her captain past 50. The two put on a further 47 runs before stumps, Natalie's XI finishing Day 4 on 2/141 after 40 overs. Natalie is on 68 not out overnight, and Carrot is 23. Muddy was the pick of the bowlers, with figures of 2/31 from his 14 overs. For the full scorecard after Day 4, click here.
